verbal acceptance

i’ve recently received ‘verbal acceptance’ from the school in musha. approved. green light. in less than two months i’ll be standing on rwandan soil. it seems like forever to wait. until then, i’ve got my tickets home for christmas and i’ve got plenty to do (all those happy innoculations and piles of informative printouts and even a booklet on learning kinyarwanda).

and plans are in the works for the first ever dellő utca thanksgiving dinner, complete with pumpkin pie. we may have to import the yams and cranberry sauce, and on wednesday i’m going to the butcher to ask him to pluck us a special turkey. i’ll let you know how that goes.
